Well, I think it's safe to say that we are in the middle of the first blizzard of '06. All I can say is: About damn time!!! I thought global warming was going to ruin the winter for me. Seriously, we haven't had any snow, we've had days in January where it has been almost 70 degrees, what's up with that? I guess that kind of ruins Bush's idea that since it's cold, that means that global warming is a bunch of crap huh?

I finally made the decision sometime last month not to bother replacing my old snow boots, because it didn't seem worth the money to spend on something I didn't think I would use this year at all. I am utterly thrilled right now that I made that decision. This means that as soon as I can I'm going to go out and buy snow boots, and of course not use them until next year. Meanwhile, I'm not going to be able to walk around for the next day or so with dry feet. Last night I was walking around outside, this was only the beginning of the storm mind you. Let's just say I was wearing suede dress boots, I hope they are ok, lol. Anyway, I had no friction between me and the sidewalk. I think those are one of the only pairs of shoes I own that do not have a rubber sole, or soul, lol. I was slipping and sliding all over the damn place, it was really kind of funny. I can't wait to see what it's like to out today.

I am going to have to go out at some point today. I have to take pictures of the snowfall, around my area. I'm not going to get too far, but around the block perhaps?

I have come to the realization that my cat has a very fickle heart. He loves whoever feeds him most often. Since I have been living at my father's house, my dad decided to change Daniels feeding schedule. I'm not sure why exactly, something about how it's healthier for him. Anyway, that means that since my father usually wakes up before me, he feeds the cat. So, I'm no longer doing it. So who does my little baby love most now? His grandfather, my dad. This might sound totally insane, but I really don't care, this is my blog. Anyway, so Danny follows my father around looking adoringly at him. It's pathetic. Lol. My cat is such a little traitor! It bothers me because he is my cat, MY cat. I know it's crazy, and in a way I think it's sweet. Generally though it just makes my little Danny look pathetic. He's still incredibly cute though, insanely adorable, and ever so soft. Lol. I'm nuts, I know. Damn cat. I can't wait until I have children and they like one of their grandparents better than me, we'll just see what my blog says then, lol.

So, yes I've been in school lately. Lots and lots of school. My schedule isn't really all that bad. Last term was much worse. I couldn't stand that 5 1/2 hour break that I had. It was horrible. I know someone else with a break like that this term, all I can say to him is, HA HA (Nelson voice, from the Simpsons). I'm sorry I dont mean it.... ; - )

What classes am I taking? Glad you asked. I'm taking Anthropology 101, Psych. of Women, Urban Sociology, and English Lit. 2. Let's just say that I will probably have more work than I have ever had before. I've never even written a term paper, can you believe it? Now I'm going to have at least two to do. Yay!!! My sociology teacher, is not understandable. I mean seriously, his accent is so thick, i have no clue what he's saying. It's a small class, so it's not an acoustic problem, like it was in my astronomy class last term. My psychocology teacher is, in my humble opinion, an idiot. She says, "mmm kayyyy" a lot. I was saying that last night, and I was told that the principal on South Park says that all the time. So that's what she sounds like. My english teacher is nice, she just has way too much energy. It's kind of scary actually. My anthropology teacher is nice. However, he thinks his is the most important subject in the world, as teachers are prone to think. He's good though. Makes really corny jokes, total liberal, it's fun. It's just that I have that class at 8:00am in the morning, too early to think about anthropology, lol.

Anyway, that's what's been going on with me. What's going on with you? In case you haven't noticed I'm totally out of it, so I'll write more when I'm more "in" it, lol. Ttyl my peeps! :- )
